Fellow Improvers,
Good news! While I haven't been cleaning my room, I have been going to yoga. I am also drinking less. Unfortunately, ninety minute yoga sessions and my newly acquired sober lifestyle leads to less partying.
Any suggestions on how to bring back my former unhealthy lifestyle with moderation?

I vote for giving yourself some flexibility. You can plan to stay in for the most part, but if something fun comes up for a Friday night, go out and just drink a lot of water while you're out, along with the booze. Guidelines, you see, not hard and fast rules.
